IN AN EFFORT TO PROTECT OUR CLIENTS, TECHNICIANS AND PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF TOOLS AND SUPPLIES:
THIS SALON DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICE OF ANY KIND TO CLIENTS PRESENTING WITH SUSPECTED OR CONFIRMED INFECTION.
ALL prices are listed as is and are not negotiable.
NO REFUNDS or 5-day guarantees on $65+ Full Sets
NO “lunch break” services.
Children are not to be left unattended by a legal guardian, under any circumstances.
If the client does not have time to sit for the duration of the service, the service will not be performed at that time.
The technician will use every resource at their disposal to ensure client satisfaction.
The client has the right to cease or refuse any further physical contact by the technician before the service has concluded, with a minimum monetary obligation of 20 dollars for services rendered to that point. However, should the client allow the service to conclude without objection, the client will be charged the FULL value of the service.
If a full set has been applied, the client will be charged the value of the service (and removal, if applicable) in FULL, regardless of whether or not polish has been applied.
Dissatisfaction with the finished product of services rendered DOES NOT entitle the client to either a full or partial refund, nor any future service free of charge. Should the client refuse any further efforts by the technician, the client is obligated to pay the value of the service in FULL.
The technician has the right to refuse or conclude a service should they feel threatened by client behavior (cursing, etc). The client will then be charged the value of services rendered to that point (minimum $20).
Theft of services is the legal term for a crime which is committed when a person obtains valuable services — as opposed to goods — by deception, force, threat or other unlawful means, i.e., without lawfully compensating the provider for these services.
